They are also very late on his fastball because of all of the good offspeed pitches he throws. I am not trying to be a homer but his repertoire has a very similar profile to Tom Glavine.
We have taken a good pitching staff from San Diego and shredded them I made a pretty big play on the Astros over 75.5 wins this year before the season started, and then another one for them to win the division at 20-1. I can't say before the season started that I actually thought we would win the division, but I do now
I know I've given you crap about being an Astros hater in the past, but it's obvious that you're just a die-hard like the rest of us. This team is so fun.
I'm as die hard as any die hard around....even through the last few years, I would go to a bar that had comcast so I could watch at least 4-5 games per week. Even switched to the worst company in the history of companies so I could watch all the games at home Yea this team is fun....and it's really great for those of us who have stuck with the team all the way!!!!!!
Keuchel's ability to keep changing speeds and sides of the plates has to be frustrating to hit against. Hitters have no clue what is coming and when.
I really like the job Hinch has done so far But, it's time for Marisnik to move up in the order. Would love to see this guy batting second at this point.
I actually like him in the 9 spot. 2 would be good as well but it would be hard to split up the LH/RH that way until Jed comes back.
