Not at all. Astros had numerous pitches and situations to do damage. But the heart of the order didn't come through, time after time.
I guess 1-3 is better than 0-4. Hell, we were one pitch away from being 0-4. Not a very good start to the season. Hope we do better at home. FU, SAN DIEGO!
And what's funny is that they lost the way they have lost the past few years. Decent pitching but not much run support. If this improved lineup actually did something they could have left SD perhaps 3-1 instead of 1-3. I guess that's reason for optimism, if we're to believe that these hitters will actually start to hit.

Wolf was the #1 guy for awhile in Philly (3 or 4 years). Even though he's fallen off in the last few years, he would probably be the #2 on the Astros this year.
