Bad throw by both the outfielder and the cutoff.

All of our star hitters don't even have a hit. Is this some kind of sick joke?

The teachers and classmates said they didn't know she was pregnant. Again, she must have been FAT it nobody noticed. Maybe like the 14 yo on the airplane, she didn't know she was pregnant either.

I'm at work so I'm not watching the game. Did Wolf really pitch that well today? I mean...the mf-er has a lifetime 4.50 ERA or something like that. And, here we are barely squirting out a run. You would think the guy is on Peavy's level or something.

The Astros are laying down against Hoffman. @ in a row would be a miracle!

Not at all. Astros had numerous pitches and situations to do damage. But the heart of the order didn't come through, time after time.

1-2-3 innings in the 8th and 9th when down by one. Pathetic

I guess 1-3 is better than 0-4. Hell, we were one pitch away from being 0-4.

Not a very good start to the season. Hope we do better at home.

    FU, SAN DIEGO!

And what's funny is that they lost the way they have lost the past few years. Decent pitching but not much run support. If this improved lineup actually did something they could have left SD perhaps 3-1 instead of 1-3. I guess that's reason for optimism, if we're to believe that these hitters will actually start to hit.

not that it would ever happen, but you know what would be a genius move by the stros....

    trade caballo for a pitcher.

    sign barry bonds.

Wolf was the #1 guy for awhile in Philly (3 or 4 years). Even though he's fallen off in the last few years, he would probably be the #2 on the Astros this year.
