We’ve already secured the not so insignificant tiebreaker. Even if we lose today and tomorrow, we won the series 4-3 this season. Their lineup today is significantly less opposing than the one yesterday with Framber being a lefty.
And Framber did dominate them last time. But “baseball” happened with Abreu. Will “baseball” happen again? Happy to be wrong.
I think it’s more likely than not that Framber has a solid performance. Scoring runs is going to be an issue though so I agree there is a good chance we lose this game. Although we torched Suarez last time and Yordan went 0-4. Altuve, Bregman, Pena and Yainer did all the damage.
Well, not feeling anything yet. we should win today. The purple hippo next to me agrees, he just told me in Portuguese. Go Stros!
One of my very good friends retired from the department of defense a few years ago. He was like a contractor or military security type. Completely straight laced for 20 years Now he is into all of these compounds. MDMA, 2CB, etc….. So he ends up buying like 500 g of MDMA, And then running it through his own process to purify it. I asked him why he bought so much and he said he liked it and he just never wanted to have to source it again. But I think that’s like a lifetime worth for 20 people. So anyway, he gave us some of that as well recently and that is very good for couples.
Around that same time, I did X (not social media) at a Butthole Surfers show with the flaming symbol crash and "everyone's working witchcraft"...all that weird stuff...in Houston. I wanna say the venue was the Palladium but that may not be right. I was a madman at that show. I could not stop walking frantically so the whole time I'm walking all around the crowd in this half circle back and forth just trippin' balls. We were probably at the same show. I was a fish out of water at that show. Didn't look the part (picture a nerdy looking dude around goth looking people) nor was that a band I regularly listen to or see. Just got "drug" along by friends.
If Stros can hide Tucker injury, they surely can hide Bergman’s injury. If Bregman doesn’t play 3B in the playoffs than there is an injury. I think the Astros are nurturing the 3B for the 2025 season, in case Bergman signs elsewhere.
Exactly. Elementary stuff for a professional baseball player. If you have runners on the corner, no outs, that runner on third is scoring 99.9% of the time, so you have to ignore it and limit damage. Taking the double play is the obvious play in that situation.
Considering the past week, Astros might need to worry more about another Benny Hill impression on defense.
