IIRC, the road numbers were even better than home throughout the regular season... when the bulk of the banging was apparently happening.
I've seen the line that the Astros got no punishment for the scandal so why not do it again? I've seen this repeated ad nauseam to the point I think it's just bots repeating it. In reality Astros lost draft capital and one of the best GMs and mangers in Ludhow and Hinch. And on top of that all eyes are on the Astros. Any opposing team on the field is going to be extra vigilant playing against the Stros therefore if they were cheating they would be the first team to be caught again due to that added scrutiny and you would have to be stupid to think that the second time the punishments wouldn't be much more grave. So the Stros are the last team that would attempt to cheat now.
Tucker back! McCormick has been disappointing lately. He's a strikeout waiting to happen who will once in a while homer. He belongs in Yankees line up where all they care about is swinging for power regardless of strikeout and contact rate.
Rent ****ing Free. They finally scored themselves a ring and still can't get over the ass beating we placed on them in game 7... in their own ballpark.
My new theory is that Altuve didn't use the trashcan because he was testing out the buzzer system that we perfected in 2019. Run with it twitter!!!
Y'all got room for a bandwaggoner? I'm an ex dodger fan. Moved here right before Harvey and fell in love with Houston. This is my home. Stros fan since 2017.
The crying with that bunch never ends. They LOST because their best hitters couldn't hit, and Dave Roberts is their manager. PERIOD.
If you stayed with Houston over LA despite the backlash and LA winning the WS, you’re no longer a bandwagon fan. Welcome!
32 pitch inning. Things might be getting ready to get really ugly. Somebody get Willians on the line, he might be needed in Baltimore.
