    -New manager
-Lots of decisions on the bullpen, with guys going to FA. I wouldn’t mind seeing some fresher arms. Think brown would be a good option to start in the pen
-Sign a solid SP-LMJ, Urquidy to pen/spot starts or move em for some prospects if you can.
    -OF/1B/DH FA bat
    -back up catcher

I’m thinking either Altuve or Bregman get their extension. And there will be one surprising big move. Either a trade or big signing.

I also think it’s time to move the RF wall back a couple of rows. And I guess redo the batters eye area.

Fascinating. Tell me a free agent shortstop for around 10 million or less that might hit better than Pena.

Man we should all be happy today watching Dbacks and Phillies while preparing for the World Series.. Astros really cheated us out of some fun.

I’m also okay with trading Framber for the right price— maybe even for some top prospects if you can sign a good FA SP. Javier really needs to have a productive offseason, same with Peña. Big years career wise for those two.

If Astros would've won, I would be rooting for D-Backs heavy but alas...go Phillies since they have the better shot at beating the Rangers. I want the caveat they couldn't beat the same Phillies team we beat to win it all.

Don't have any faith in Arrighetti? I'm probably mispelling the name but you know who I'm talking about. He'll probably get called up some point next season.

i really do hope we go after Nola or Montgomery. That really would keep us in the title hunt along with our lineup. Don’t be cheap Crane!!!

Agreed. Not my money but I would rather overpay than make trades with prospects that we barely have

Is there any chance we'd pony up for Yamamoto or the second best Japanese pitcher, Imanaga? There are also some Japanese relievers that look interesting.

Would Phillies losing this series to the D-Backs be a bigger choke-job than the Astros losing to Rangers? I think Phillies were a much heavier favorite odd-wise but then again they're both got in as Wild-Card teams. Astros were down 0-2 and forced a game 7 while Phillies were up 2-0.

I'd say so. Phillies should've been the favorite of the 4 teams remaining.

Very damning and hard to argue with. I’m not quite fully sold on that level of pessimism, but there are certainly a lot of red flags. We’ll probably know a lot more in 6 months.

If you ask me if the Astros are more likely to be WS contenders or sellers at the deadline next season I would slightly lean sellers.

Mariners and Rangers will both be favored in the division over the Astros. Framber and Javier need to figure it out because I don't believe the Astros will bring in a starter that would pitch ahead of them in the post season.
