    Trout is paid a market value salary- with no excess value. If the angels truly decided to move on from him (they should) their return wouldn’t be all that much. Hunter Brown alone could very very very well be an overpay. Hell, trading my fandom could be an overpay based upon Trouts recent inability to stay on the field.

    Yeah, we would need someone inside organization to whistle blow for it to hold any credibility and have media run with it...but then again. MLB will probably just keep it out of the media and not do a thing.

    It is an insane position to be in when you can see a current cy young winner walk and be like "it sucks...but it's not the worst thing." My word we are all going to look back at this team and take what's going on for granted. (This wasn't meant as a slight to the poster at all, I have no problem with those reactions lol)
