They probably have software that locates the pitch via the camera feed, much like Fox and ESPN's that they use in nationaly televised games.
This should be Pettite's last inning. He's pitching a shutout, but all these hits are gonna catch up to him. And he's already at 100 pitches.

Thanks Harrisment .... that is what I'm going by also. I was more wondering what "ugh" "HORRIBLE" and "how did he not catch that?" meant. I assume the left fielder or center fielder made a bad play
