zimmerman, abreu had 4 0r 5 coming to their games. well what would like to do, hinch? same problem you guys give others. I'm just give him a little more time.
Have you watched him? He is not good: footwork at the bag, going to his right, knowing when to peel back, getting back to the bag to cover, would you like me to continue? He is not good. Understandably though, since he's never played there before.
Yea I was hoping they would flame out in a spectacular show, but we still are winning too. We are now the best team in run differential too!
His issue is that we're trying to use him as a lefty specialist, and lefties have a >1.000 OPS against him this year. Bizarrely, he's dominating righties with a .350 OPS, and a sub .100 BAA. Going back, Sipp has always had relatively even splits -- he was great against everyone in 14 and 15, terrible in 16, and mediocre in 13. Looking across the bullpen, there really isn't a guy who dominaties lefties. Peacock has been exceptional this year, but not historically. Devo is an equal opportunity nasty.
Exactly. Yes, they're playing well. But it's come against the Padres, A's and now the Phillies. It'll be interesting to see them play some of the better teams in the AL.
Strength of Schedule A respected poster said it doesn't exist in baseball, and nobody disputed him except me. Now I'm having fun with it.
Shouldn't you be on a Dallas board cheering your Cowboys? You wanted one Texas team @NRG in February... and it sure as hell wasn't the Texans.
