Well I guess I should talk about trading Pence more often!! Great game looks like the offense is walking up!

I know it's just one game, but this lineup looks a lot more sexy with Berkman there in the 3 spot, and it's great to see him do what he does best in his very first game since the injury - he's gotten on base 4 times in 5 ABs. (so has Matsui down in the 8 hole!)

Some of these Marlins fans are morons. Their team is playing good baseball yet they boo every time the smallest thing goes wrong. At least that's what it sounds like. Brown commented on it earlier.

Marlins dont have fans just tourist lol...seriously they have no fan base to speak of and probably won't till they get a new stadium so they are probably just drunk as JD kinda hinted to in the last half inning!

Interesting moves by the Brew Crew today and now word comes out they claimed Doug Davis off waivers...They certainly think they're still in it!

I worked in Fort Lauderdale for a year. Only went to 1 game when the Indians came to town. It looked as ridiculous as it does on TV. The seats were 90% empty. The one thing that impressed me was the big ass screen in right CF I believe it was. The thing was frickin' massive. Biggest I ever remember seeing at any sporting facility. They also had a batting cage in the walkway. That was pretty cool.

There are definitely some legit Marlins fans but like you said, barely enough to even consider it a fan base.

I always thought that they should do some kinda complex in there new stadium with a nightclub of some sort seriously I think that would bring a lot more people when they aren't good...

Mike Hampton, if there's one start where you really can't afford to suck, it's this one.

Did anybody catch that exchange between Berkman and Justice during the postgame last night?

I don't know exactly what was said but Berkman kind of snapped at him.

    Justice is a tool.

This is the 7th straight start in which Mike Hampton has given up at least 1 run in the first inning.

Jesus. Our bullpen has been bent over the last few days with the starters averaging half an inning per start.

Sampson is approaching 40 pitches. This is hard to watch.
