    It’s good everyone has confidence in the “road Stros” but they also literally just lost a series on the road last week against a Royals team with nothing to play for. Home or road, you never know what you’re getting with this team.

    I don't have any confidence in this team right now, but they just won 2 out of 3 on the road against a Seattle team with EVERYTHING to play for. So it's not unthinkable that they take at least 2 out of 3 in Phoenix.

    their sample size is significantly better on the road vs home. especially vs postseason caliber teams. yeah we do have an idea of what were getting from the stros on the road. A much better showing this year than at home. And they just proved it once again vs Seattle

    recency bias doesn't change that

    That sounds good April-August, but Astros didn't win enough of their games. You can include games up until last week when they were swept by a 100-loss team.

    So now, it's "win your own games AND scoreboard watch" because that's the position they put themselves in --- looking directly at you Dusty.
