I watched the ****ing Aggies come back in the college playoffs from down this exact score, iirc. If those sheep diddlers can do it, why can't the Astros?
Wish we could put fatty on the mound already and at least make it entertaining to watch the rest of the game. He pitches about the same as he is hitting right now so it’s a wash.
Like a bunch of dickheads these minor league chumps had us fooled for a week or so. Gave us all a reason to live! Back to RR posers
You like Peacock in the rotation? I mean, he's had some good starts, but he's also run into trouble, like today and that Twins game in early May. In a perfect world, he's our #5 starter during the last 1/3 of the season, and slides to the pen for the postseason. I wanna recreate that 2017 magic. And, to all the Boyd haters, y'all do realize he's cranking more strikeouts than either Stroman or Bumgarner, plus more control than both of them combined, despite not having "name glamor". I know, ya'll don't want to trade anyone, but look: Fisher's value is up given his recent MLB success. When we're 100% healthy, and Tucker and Alvarez come back, where does he play? Make him a piece in a deal for a controllable pitcher.
If you'll just shut the **** up about Matt Boyd, I will try to agree with you. They should get him, he should be their 4th/5th starter. OK. Done now? Happy? This does not help the bullpen now. But you say it's not a problem so what are we talking about?
Who are the mythical starters out there that never run into trouble? What exactly is there NOT to like about Peacock in the rotation?
No, man, you just bring the guy up constantly and anyone who doesn't agree is a "hater". It's tiresome.
