    Costly double plays so far in two straight innnings. Gomez just shouldn't be in the middle of he lineup. He just shouldn't.

    Paxton was getting away with this vs the Royals couple games ago. Had a couple double plays in multiple innings but ended up finally getting scored on in the 8th...let's see how this goes for us

    I don't understand the fielder's choice decision making. With Springer's hit in the fourth, even though Marte was able to throw Castro out at 2nd, there was no way he would have been able to get Springer at first. If Castro wasn't going from first to second, it would have been a single.

    I've never seen a play where a force-out was made ruled as as a hit. What would have happened in a different situation is irrelevant.. Springer batted with a man on base and created an out. I think that's the view they take when scoring it
