Was that a safety squeeze or a suicide squeeze when Jake tried to bunt? IE did the runner break before or after he made contact? Didn't get a good look at it.
After the Futures weekend, I understand them giving him a bit to get back into his routine, but if he's not up in the next 7-10 days I'll start wondering WTF.
It will coincide with the trade deadline... that has to be the only reason for keeping him down as it gives the team the most flexibility in dealing with 40 man roster fodder in lieu of possible major deals.

That single will make Val look bad on advanced fielding stats but he was playing 20ft off the line, normal positioning and that's a routine out.
Yup, I had figured that Valbuena was hauling ass towards home...otherwise, made no sense for Jake to follow through with that bunt. Damn, thinking about the possibilities when we had Bregman and Gurriel. If nothing else, at least those dudes can make contact on a regular basis.
