This is just strange. Command must be a HUGE issue for him, because he sure has some solid pitches. Hitting corners at a 91-93 MPH clip, a solid slider, and to me a pretty darn good curve.
That was a terrible effort on Villar's hit by the $240 million dollar Cano. He probably would not have been able to make a play at first, but he should have hit the dirt for that. The guy making an average of $24 million for the next 10 years, should be setting the example for the team.

They had said he would be limited to around 85 pitches because he has been on the tandem starting thing in OKC. However, he had a pretty easy 89 pitches. Often it's more about the effort than the total count.
