Regression to the norm for Abreu would mean he goes Barry Bonds for the rest of the season. Let's hope.
in the mids of all this, can someone please tell tucker he also needs to step up? they need the mvp-like tucker....... can someone pull the stats for pressley when the lead is only 1? it feels like he give 1 run quite often.
Looks like he has been in 27 games and given up runs in 7 of them. 4 of those games he gave up one run and they all occurred recently. He has entered 7 games with a 1 run lead. He gave up the tying run in 2 of them.
Ryan has given up a run in 4 of 5 appearances. Hopefully getting it out of his system before he goes on a long run
Stros are allowed a maximum of 14 pitchers, we have 12 currently so this problem of not enough pitchers?!?!?!?!. This C Salazar spot is questionable to me. Rays, Rangers and Braves all carry 13 pitchers. I like to know who is running The Show.
Corey Julks, I s**t you not, has started 9 of 11 games this month. edit 8 of 11, he did come in for Yordan instead of Diaz once and played basically a full game, point stands, he plays too f**king much Once Dusty picks a personal favorite, he really sticks with it. Chaz and Diaz need to start kissing ass or something.
Is it April 1st? Getaway day after 17 days without a day off - let the youngsters play and see what happens P.S. Altuve and Pena couldn't wait 1 more day for a day off?
Bielak has had a couple of very well pitched game with Salazar catching. Let's see if that continues.
He is having a good month (.748 OPS in 9g) but is still playing more than Dubon (.930 in 7g) Meyers (.813 in 8g) and McCormick (.851 in 7g) I see Julks' energy and hustle, I like his back story and hope he develops into a consistent slightly above average player in this league, but right now even his best is worse than the players Dusty leaves on the bench.
