Is anyone surprised that Lance can't make it a full season without being on the dl for a peroid of time. I think you've gotta put him in the bullpen in order for him to make it the entire season.

Hurt. Right elbow area... numbness associated. Draw conclusions accordingly... chances are he'll be shelved for a good while even if nothing is torn or damaged.
Oh man. That slow mo they showed of Lance pointing to his elbow with his glove while exiting with th trainer did not look good. An elbow injury is the type of injury we’ve always feared with Lance.
Arm/elbow/shoulder/back... he's had any one of the above plague him whenever he gets deeper in the season.

Well, this is why you have Peacock and McHugh. As well as McHugh has been in relief I think you leave him there. Peacock would be my choice to replace LMJ if he is put on the DL.
McCullers was bullpen bound come playoff time so very fortunate we got Osuna now. Pretty crazy that we’ve gone the whole year with just 5 starters. Hopefully this isn’t the big one with Lance.
I’m not saying this with any certainty or anything, but I really fear that if he did hurt his elbow it’ll be TJ. I hope I’m wrong but that would mean not seeing him until 2020. We’ll wait to hear what the team says about it. I assume they’ll evaluate him tomorrow
Oh damn, this really sucked. Poor Lance, I hope he's alright. But we all know exactly what I fear. McHugh has been our best reliever, he's thriving well in that role so he really needs to stay. Don't mess up what's already working. I agree that Peacock should re-enter the rotation, that's probably best for him. As much as I'd love to see Perez start I don't think he's ready for that yet.
