    Yeah, he shouldn’t have ever went back all the way to the bag. He’s crashing into the wall even if he somehow makes a miracle catch there…you have time to go back to the bag and still tag up

    Chas doesn’t look like even remotely the same hitter as he did in 2023. What happened to driving the ball to the opposite field?

    He’s trying to pull everything too. His game was always opposite field - had several pitches to go the other way with there. Don’t get it man

    This has to be one of the WORST tv broadcast crews. Play by play (Berthiaume) guy just called “Matthews scores to make it 3-1 Houston, and that’s the final out for the top of the 6th” WTF???? Pay attention.

    He started pulling the ball sometime during the ‘23 season when he got red hot. Before that, all his homers were opposite field. I guess he fell in love with pulling the ball then and it worked for a few months and he has sucked ever since.

    That was me, he’s horrible. I’ve been stuck at home in Phoenix with a bout of diverticulitis so I’ve listened to them all three games. Just a lack of professionalism to not prep and know your opponent.

    Yeah, pitchers started busting him in because he was hitting everything opposite field. He adjusted and started pulling those for homers. It’s like he hasn’t made any adjustments since
