I'm watching the game through GameDay scoreboard. I noticed the Stros have had 26 LOB (Ensberg with 8 and Everett with 6). Does is it seem that bad??? At least they have a lead but damn, that's a lot of stranded base runners.
That's like a collective thing and doesn't really reflect how many have actually been left on. If somebody came up with the bases loades and struck out and the next guy popped out to end the inning, that would show up as 6 LOB when it was really 3. You need to look at the Team LOB which is 15.
Morgan Esnbergs has gone out every possible way. GROUND OUT, FLY OUT, POP OUT, and STRIKE OUT. I dont think im missing one.
Yeah, it's still not great. We got runners on in every inning tonight. But the 11 walks had alot to do with that. Still, 15 is MUCH better than 28. Come on Lidge. One more out, don't space out on us now.
