It's such a good day. Texans win in a blowout, Mario with 2 sacks and a TD, and my fantasy team is dominating this week with 105 points already. This just might be the best football season ever.

Well like most of the Texans draft picks in earlier years, Johnson wasn't a popular pick. Add that with not producing, having some off-field issues and injuries, there wasn't much of a reason to like him. With that said, he has supposedly had a great offseason and looked good today.

Great win for the Texans, Schaub and the offense were very productive but I loved with the defense showed me today. MARIO WITH 2 SACKS AND A TD!!

Great start by Schaub and Green.

Sucks to lose Simmons. :( He was real active out there

    Johnson..pretty awesome.

Some life at least from Mario and Travis Johnson.

Our defense needs work but we were hard hitting and forcing turnovers. Nice to see.

Good way to start the season. :)

Glad to see CBS sticking with the exciting NFL game over the pre-US Open finals coverage.

The way the NFL is going, it may be too costly to bypass the opening week double-header in favor of a tennis match for CBS.

i feel we're still a bit off on the offensive end. seemed like Schaub was rushed too many times.

KC looks terrible, they could be one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Here is hoping the Texans keep making other teams look terrible...

KC was able to still get pressure without having to blitz... which is pretty much status quo for the Texans offensive line since their inception.

The only difference is that Schaub has enough QB instincts to not let things go south when his line doesn't protect well.

Just who do you route for miniming? Since you obviously don't root for the Texans.

I know that the game was only against the Chiefs, but it felt GREAT to watch a QB that actually reacts calmly to pressure and makes smart decisions. The interception was terrible, but it's good to know that when we get some pressure, we won't see a guy make bad throws or just run out of bounds every time.

Glad to see Mario had a good game.

when Schaub threw that interception, for the first time i felt like it was no big deal. we'll bounce back. it's weird.
