Good for the Lions. I'm glad they didn't fall for the "we can't draft a WR because we have already drafted 3 in the last 5 yrs" way of thinking. I think Johnson will be the best player from this draft.

As silly as picking 4 WRs in a row is, this was the right pick. The guy is an absolute stud of a WR and that Roy Williams/Calvin Johnson combo will be incredible.

Now, they need to find a QB.

WHat did he expect, AZ picked a strong QB last year. Man I hope Minn gets Quinn and hopefull we get Peterson.

Ugh... Landry on the phone, looking quite pleased. There's a good chance Minnesota takes Peterson, if Landry goes to Washington... cause Landry was their guy, with Quinn/Peterson second.

i'll tell you this though. seems pretty simple. if wash takes landry here, barring a trade-up, adrian peterson IS there at 10.

that's what they keep saying, but i'd be surprised.....they have nothing at qb, and a workhouse FA rb in chester taylor that they just signed.

we'll see i guess.
