I hate this bullpen so much....but I'll continue to watch.

 

The Astros might want to try to stretch out the Biggio 3,000 hit thing and extra month or two because attendance is about to plummet.

Seriously, how does every guy in the bullpen suck at the same time? They all suck and no one has a clue how to get back what mojo they have left.

Well atleast we'll have the good fortune of watching our bullpen try to regroup "after a tough loss", again. lol.

I don't even know what to think about this team anymore. Bad farm system, should we trade, should we sell, rebuild, etc...I'd HATE to be Purpura right now.

Yet I never miss a game if at all possible. I'm a total gloom w****.

 

I know this is belaboring the obvious, but there really is no way they can justify not being big time sellers in the trade market to rebuild their club. Keep Pence, Lee, Berkman, Oswalt and Sampson. Literally everybody else should be on the block. Mike Lamb, Mark Loretta, Luke Scott, Brad Lidge, Qualls and Wheeler...they should be sent off. I think they should restock the farm system and use the rest of this year and next year retooling for the future.

 

White is fat. Poo-poo-ra is fat. Coincidence?

I hope tonight's game was a clear indication of how bad the Astros have gotten. The bullpen used to be a strength and now gives up gopher balls left and right. Lets trade some parts and get some prospects and look toward 2008 and 2009.

 

I can't remember the last time the Astros had a bullpen that bad.

 

Yeah, this idea needs to be put to rest. Milwaukee has the best record in the NL. Because we're in a weak division, we're in contention for 2nd, but we're more games out of the playoffs than every other team in the NL except for Cincinnati.

 

Dotel was our closer. Does that help?
