Another solid outing by the kid, Fernando Nieve. I had a friend freak out when Backe went down. I told him the kids would be alright(Wandy, Buchholz and Nieve) and so far they haven't let me down.

He hit it decently, but it was an out in every ballpark in the majors. His harder hit ball was his first swing where it was about a foot foul from being a double.
