    kinda crazy how a good player like springer can just go into extended funks where he looks absolutely terrible... what's that 5 or 6 strikeouts since yesterday?

    It's time to move Springer down to around 5th and try Kemp at lead off. Springer is striking out way too much for a lead off hitter.

    damn didn't notice that they pulled marwin... that definitely hurts the lineup. white has shown next to nothing.

    Having Valbuena injured has really put the Astros behind the 8 ball. Having to play players like White is not ideal.

    He leads all of MLB in WAR for SS. He and Lindor are doubling up everyone else in the AL.

    If the organization moves Bregman off of 3rd base for Gurriel they are foolish.

    Lol...I could see them trying to make Bregman go in to LF and accommodating Gurriel to his natural spot of 3rd but I don't think it's the right move. Just like Blum said, their bigger need is to solidify DH and that's where Gurriel needs to be getting the bulk of time at.

    Fiers has no command of his breaking ball today. I hope he can work through a few more innings, but it feels like one of those days where he'll eventually start throwing them over the heart of the plate..
