    It's definitely not the recipe for success

    But when your starters ERA is 4th in baseball, they give you a lot of innings

    And you are one of the top teams in baseball in getting runs home from 3rd and less than 2 outs

    You can certainly win in the short term

    Did anyone catch that stat? Marwin ranks 210 out of 211 players on Road OPS: .456. That's absurd.

    There was a point to him going. Was actually good base running. Force the cutoff man to make a decision and allowed the run to score. If he just stops at 2nd, they have a chance to get Springer. He forced them to hesitate, allowing Springer to score easily.

    Tuve definitely should have held on 2nd but a two-run double outweighs the base running error at this point.
