You gotta think the bats are going to get going at some point, right? Even Uncle Mike had an "0-fer" yesterday coming off that injured quad. Was just hoping they could bank a few more wins until they offense starts firing on all cylinders. Longest roadie of the year right out the gate is just some bad luck. Could use a real pick me up these next two games.

This team is making me want to stay off clutchfans. That's how nauseating they are right now.

We're right there just can't finish. Feels like the Americans like to say, snakebitten?
Did you guys know that sucking the venom out of a snake bite like they do in movies is not a good move?
    Hue knew.
I think we lead 7-3 in the 9th today only to drop the game.

Umm...The Astros bats are scoring more runs/game than anyone. Astros are just not winning the close games often.

Semian was 0-14 against LHB so far, so of course hits a HR off Valdez. The season summed up in that AB so far

Appeared Semien was sitting on the curve.

That's his first hit off a LHP this season.

The A's as a team are batting .208 with a .674 OPS. If we cant keep this team from scoring...

Irritating as hell that a bad ump can cost you these outs. That 1-1 pitch to Altuve was all the way out of the zone, called a strike and forced Altuve to swing at that 1-2 pitch. That bad call literally cost us an out, but even our commentators ignore it.

When do we start thinking about rebuilding instead of getting slaughtered in the first round of the playoffs (assuming we make it)?

Another horseshit call on Brantley there.

This is the Framber I've been waiting on for 2 years now. It's only a handful of innings but I hope he sticks around.

He’s control is there now, been throwing strikes last few outings. He’s not going to overpower you but if he can sync with his catcher and get a good game called the guy is good for 5-6 easy. Damn offense has got to support him if he’s keeping ya within a 2-3 runs.

Framber is overpowering. He just has never thrown strikes. I never thought we would see Framber throwing strikes after his first two seasons.

Not generally a bunting fan, but Tucker needs to learn.

So we agree on him locating but overpowering how? Our definition of overpowering are at odds.

Ugly. It looked like someone tapped Stubbs arm on that throw
