Peacock is dealing tonight! Definitely my favorite pitcher to watch right now. He's got good rythem and great velocity on his fastball. Plus a solid curve when he's on. Probably has a little extra to prove going against His former team.
That's true. He's young and its obvious he was trying to hard and over pitching to get out of the inning leading to control problems. Btw If any of y'all can't watch the games it's on here at Christian's tailgate in the Heights and I'm sure there are a number of other bars In the city with it on.
Guess I'm bad luck. Another run scores. And bullpen in....going to get ugly. Time for some Zzzzz's anyways. West coast games....ugh. Thanks Bud.
You're welcome. The site requires you to download their app for fullscreen, which is only available for Windows and I have not tried, but is consistent in having Astros games.
Rick Ankiel is playing poorly in right, not sure if it's due to the lights. He has let 2 balls drop by hesitating or starting off in the wrong direction.
Apparently the A's are the Astros kryptonite this season. Norris chased after 2/3 (6 er, 3 bb, 5 h). Personally, I would have left him in. With Bedard actually managing a worse line on Monday and the pen generally sucking, this is going to get uglier.
Pitching has been are weakest link this season. I'm starting to think we'll probably need to get rid of Brocail at season's end or before. He was a carryover from the previous regime and was hired right out of retirement with no experience. He's a good guy, but whatever he's teaching these guys certainly isnt rubbing off. The A's are starting to be my most hated team. A bunch of no namers like the Astros dominating. It annoys me to see them fighting off pitches and getting walks/hits.
"our" weakest link. Btw, JD Martinez is trash. Seriously. I was excited about this season not cause I thought we were gonna win alot of games. But because I thought they'd be at least a little more exciting to watch. Instead its more of the same as last year--> Shut outs and out of the game in the 1st inning.
