Altuve's 2016 is better than Biggio's 1997, 1998, 1994, or 1995 and by a good margin, but it is hard to keep that up for 162 games. Don't think he'll surpass Biggio's 1997 WAR though because of the defensive value Biggio received that year.

Id love Street for us when Angels have their eventual fire sale, then send Giles down to find his inner whatever he needs to find and come one with.

It wasn't that close, and given the number of balls Keuchel put on the black and called balls, that was a pretty ridiculous call.

We have a Street already...his name is Gregerson. Our version is better, too.

With his name, he should love "Houston"

Time to have Worth play 2b in the 9th and Sipp pitching.

Even as a Longhorns fan, I wouldn't touch Huston Street with a 10-foot pole.

Yeah, I don't see us trading for a relief pitcher, unless it was for a Chapman/Miller difference maker. More likely that we send one out (Devenski & Feliz could be gone in trade for a big bat/starter).

he's been awful this year, has had some injuries, and is on the tail end of his career. Giles has had his moments and has upside. No thanks.

That's a great question, however my google skills fail me. I'm sure you saw that he tried out for us today. That makes the Mets and the Dodgers thus far. At least at this point the front office has done their due diligence and saw him live, and if they decide the risk/reward is not worth, so be it. I also know that the front office wants to really tap into the Cuban market, and what better way than to sign one of the most popular players ever there. It doesn't hurt that signing him could help us land his talented younger brother, Lourdes. This is more speculation than anything, but I am trying to connect some dots.

His ERA this year is over 5 with a whip in the 1.60 range.

The only guy i would take from that bullpen is Bedrosian.

The last thing the Stros need to do is trade for a reliever, unless he's one of the guys they tried to get already and is signed (Chapman/Miller/someone).

    Give me starters or mashers.

We got HINCHED, Harris pitching with a 6 run lead and no Sipp, again.

No Worth to give an inning of rest to Altuve.

    Niceeeeeeee

When was the last time Sipp pitched??????

These are the kind of games we need to pitch Sipp to get him turn around, as he is struggling.
