After some bogus ND's Keuchel certainly deserved this W. It doesn't mean anything to me, but there are still many in the national media who adore that W-L statistic.

Always an adventure with him, ain't it? Qualls v. Pujols, definitely harkens back to the glory years!!

Who was the one in here who used to have the "Qualls call" cheer?

Would love to see some fan groups at MMP again. Obviously in the glory years there were the O's Bros, and even at the beginning of the rebuild there was Byrdaks Nest.

He's hitting RHP really well (.800+ OPS) but has been abysmal against LHP. It would be nice to have a platoon for him.

Astros have rebounded well after being swept. Winning this series will be good for their confidence.... and ours.

Valbuena is suffering from some very bad luck right now, his BABIP is only .200. He has always carried a lower than average BABIP (career .269), but his is at an unsustainably low number right now. He's due for a few to start falling in.

Gattis still has an extremely low number as well, currently only .189. I figured during his hot streak that number would have come up.

with a healthy lowerie/correa(i went there) and springer, who manages to always get on base even if he is striking out a hundred times per game, you can afford to have valbuena hitting at .200. A richer man's adam everett at 3b :)

Winning 3 out of 4 would be huge. I came in hoping for a split but 3/4 would be nice too :)

Yep, depends whether evil Scott Feldman or good Scott Feldman shows up today. We should know by the second inning.

Feldman is a 5th guy in the rotation starter at best.

Never been a big fan of him.

Marwin is hitting .368 vs LHP this year (tiny sample size), and hit .333 against them last year. Platoon Valby and Marwin at 3B, bring up Correa to play SS

We would immediately be a better team

If by always, you mean 31% of the time, then you are correct.
