Per FanGraphs, Oakland has a 0.2% chance to make the playoffs. Well that's just too high, and the Astros need to do something about it this series.
We certainly need to clinch this series. It has to be on their field in front of 4,500 passionate fans. These Mfers with the audacity to think they are on our level because of that covid shortened nonsense last season.
Schedule Friday - Eliminate Oakland Saturday - Hopefully Seattle Lost Friday or we can't clinch the division on the field since our game starts early and Seattle's starts late. Sunday - Clinch on the field if we didn't Saturday.
I don't believe the Angels will beat the Mariners even one time out of the 6 remaining games they play each other. Sweep the A's and guarantee a celebration on their field.
I think the Asters were YANKEES.(isks) I Smuggled Kocain into Sino) and laundered the money into NYC Real Estate.
He can be an opener. Can still get through the order ok once. But at this point, there isn't much optimism to think he's going to be throwing 8inning or complete game shutouts like he somehow did earlier this year.
I guess I got the body part wrong from after Greinke's last start, and I'd rather see Solomon starting over Bielak against the A's.
Agreed, still hoping Zach can get healthy because he seems to step up his game in the playoffs for the most part.
I really didn't see him pitching much differently than usual when I checked. When he had a good season, he had a good post season. And if he was struggling, he struggled. I would not expect him to up his game.
For the effort put into sharing information. I like knowing if a guy got scratched and who replaced him. Liking the post doesn't mean I liked what it said.
His neck is sore from turning it rapidly to watch the ball sail over the fence. He had a good season but faded at the end. Maybe he can pitch an inning in the playoffs. Or maybe he’s done as an Astro. $34.5 million off the books in 2022. He’s only pitched once since September 15th.
