    i'd like to give Paulino a chance to finish the 4th. With a 3 run lead (still), let's see if we can give the bullpen 1 more inning before they have to clean up the majority of a game

    solid work after the HR, even working through the K/WP. I'd be open to Paulino working next inning based on how filthy a lot of pitches were after the HR, but I'd want him pulled as soon as any hitter reaches base in any way. (meaning, the pen must be warm at the start)
