Random pet peeve of mine. Evan Drellich just tweeted something about the Astros having two "high-socked" middle infielders in Altuve and Gonzalez. But unless something has changed since I was in high school (not that long ago) or the uniforms in the big leagues are fundamentally different (possible, I suppose), it's not that their socks are any higher than the socks of anyone else. It's that they have their pants rolled up higher so you see more sock. So the term "high socks" is a misnomer. Not sure why that bothers me. Just does.

Williams should have never been on the roster to begin with, not that he's the only problem. We are finally scoring runs, as expected, but now the bullpen is starting to look like last year. Fields and Bass had been really good until the last few games. Just gotta keep running young arms out there and see if any of them put it together.
Big problem with the bullpen is health. Albers injury led to Fields pitching 4 out of 5 days, which is a bit much. And of course we aren't close to seeing Crain.

Looks like Colin McHugh has earned himself a spot in the rotation! Another incredible performance so far!
