With lefties going in games 1 and 2, Singleton and Heyward are on the bench and Meyers has a chance to produce. Caratini catches Kikuchi, so Diaz is at 1b or DH, If Bregman and Tucker are able to play, that's 8 of the 9 starters. My guess is Dubon in LF. In game 2, it's the same 8 (unless Caratini is on the bench and Whitcomb gets a start at 1b)
Who is going to be at the game on Tuesday Oct 1? Skubal vs Valdez Detroit playing a pretty bad team over the last 2+ months (Orioles 27-35 last 62 games), then the Rays and White Sox. You can pencil them in to the 6th seed.
