    would be nice to see them fire hinch and pettis and whatever other coaches necessary, and spend some big money on some bats.

    too much of this season was just inexcusable. can't waste em like this.

    gonna be frustrating seeing them give hinchy the benefit of the doubt because of the late season injuries.

    What a terrible way to start the weekend for Houston sports.. Giles...has lost any and all value this season. And he will have great stuff once he leaves this organization...its just the way crap works. Behind Cleveland...Houston really is cursed. Scratch that...Cleveland just won a title. Houston...rrrghhh...

    giles and the stros finishing up the year the way they started it.

    last week was eerily similar, save for falling on the right side of variance in the A's series.

    If we lose this game, that's the season right there. We don't win out and neither the Tigers nor Jays are going to lose 74 games this season.

    Giles has been brutal as a closer. Even when he closes, he rarely makes it a 1-2-3. His mental toughness is like that of a w****.

    i don't want to hear giles silly "owning it" bullshit after this game. once is enough. having to continuously make that speech just means you're stinky. shut your mouth and go home quietly and hang your head in shame.
