stuck out the side! nice game by Lance... he has thrown the most pitches in a game this year today...idk if I let him go out for the 9th. Guess you could play it batter by batter or just hand it over to Harris.
Tough choice for AJ. He's owned the heart of the line up. But quite up there in the pitch count with your future 22 year old ace. Love the crowd chanting MVP for Altuve!
C'mon BBS managers.... commit to a decision... you gotta have arms ready in the bullpen now. Luke is warm, but its now going to be the 9th. Harris now loosening up. Lance wants to pitch the 9th as he's as fired up as he's been all year... 2-3-4 coming up. What do you do?
I stand by my decision of sending Harris out there. LMJ was almost flawless, and if Harris can have a nice 9th, should get his mind back on track after the blown save. So I'd go Harris.
Ok w the steal attempt - he's safe if that isn't the most perfect throw ever. Don't like Correa's last swing tho.

I agree with this decision... then again, I've agreed with most of Hinch's bullpen decisions since he demoted Gregerson, or could see the logic in them (including last week's handling of Keuchel). Just fun to see what people would do in the heat of the moment... rather than all the second guessing that commences after the fact. LOL - Brownie and the sweat-shirt watch.
If the team had a bonafide closer Hinch probably goes to him. The way McCullers has pitched this evening, this is a good move.
