Stranded base runners with zero creativity moving them over to 3rd base at the least....this game far more difficult than it needed to be for the Stros....back to that familiar 1 Run pattern. Really need to get this W
What does creativity mean in the context of moving them over to 3rd? Bunts? Hitting to the right side? Those are pretty standard, and I'm sure they would have preferred that if possible. Would you have had Correa bunt the runners over and sacrifice your best hitter? Or would you have had Lowrie sacrifice with 1 down, putting the runners in scoring position but then have 2 outs? The reality is they need to just hit better. Not sure there was something "creative" to do there.

Seemed like a generic "f- no" to the world after a grueling AB to end his night. At least that's how I interpreted it, rather than intending it as derogatory to the Angels.
Yes I agree and yes I would've tried one of the above and/or a steal or double steal through this game..mixed it up versus dealing with the monotony but just my take it on things considering we've seen the 1 run pattern for over 2 months now. Hopefully they still pull this off tho
