What r u talking bout? Sanjaya is the only reason someone would watch this show. He is the best. Probably the greatest.
I like how every TV station has sent their entertainment reporter to Hollywood for a 30 second post interview with the winner. If you're an entertainment reporter for the local news, you're either 1) sleeping with the boss or 2) related to the station owner.
i loved the "ur the best JORDAN" sign. Using "ur" on a sign without any kind of joke or anything... and misspelling her name in huge letters.
I really don't get this... the local news on the other networks don't lead their shows off with the Oscars results, or the results from the latest championship game (if it doesn't involve Houston). But good ol' Fox leading off with American Idol... jeez.
I forgot 3) gay. Check out the shirt on the Fox reporter. Also check out how the reporter will act like he/she is tight with the Idol winner. "We were talking before the show...etc." LOSERS!
My DVR cut out before they even announced the results. What a joke. Thanks, Time Warner. So Jordin won it. Whoopee. Like I didn't see this coming weeks ago with the nonstop pimpage the show gave her. Ugh. BTW, apparently, Dancing with the Stars beat out AI last night in the ratings. Ah, the beginning of the end. Better get some, y'know, interesting contestants next year, FOX... BTW, I won my American Idol pool. Hooray for guessing!
^ Mine did too, but I think it was fault of FOX for running waaaaaay too long just like they did the night before.. I really didnt care because it seemed like a lock for Jordon.. And why the hell are they doing a red carpet type of event before the show?? Like you said Vescey, I think the show is starting to slip some, but I keep watching at least for another season to see how things change..
They try to make this thing likes it's a New Year's celebration. The awards part was totally unnecessary and stupid. The only one that I laughed at was the dude that made the panther sounds. That dude was funny. All the performances were pretty lame. This show is definately going downhill and Seacrest and his holier than thou attitude needs to go. I did think it was smart for Sparks to win, because I think the Blake thing will get stale soon. Sparks is young and might have a better chance.
One more thing. Blake was setup to fail. The song that was written did not take into account Blake's beatboxness. He cannot sing sappy stupid songs. I wonder just how much influence these singers have during their career. The singers are merely a face to plug-in. IMO
