Yeah, but Taylor easily deserves to win of the 3. have a bad feeling kat will though. she's been good maybe 3 songs this entire season.
Here's my breakdown of tonight: Elliot 1st Song: Ok 2nd Song: Good 3rd Song: Good Kat 1st Song: Bad 2nd Song: Great 3rd Song: Bad Taylor 1st Song: Good 2nd Song: Great 3rd Song: Very Good I think it's obvious that Taylor earned the top spot. In my opinion it's just a matter of Elliot's solid performances vs. Kat's 1 great performance. Elliot doesn't have t***, so I'd be a little worried if I were him.
I thought Katharine's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" was cracked and all over the place. Guess that's why they pay me the big bucks.
I only listened to the first half of Kat's "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" so maybe it got worse. I went on what I heard and what the judges said, which seemed to be pretty good. I heard all 8 other songs in their entirety though. I thought Kat's 3rd song sounded like someone was being murdered. She also seemed pretty damn stuck up tonight, basically whining to the judges for not kissing her ass lately.
I hope Kat gets the boot, but I think it will be Elliot.. Elliot was overall good, but none of his songs were "great" IMO.. Kat had one "great" song while the other two were trash.. Taylor I thought did just as good as Elliot, but he has way more fans than the other two do.. I'm tired of the "soul patrol" crap though.. If I had to guess ...Taylor wins the thing next week..
I know Taylor will more than likely be in the top 2, but watching him is just getting annoying. Whenever he sings, he makes the painful face, and half the time, it looks like he's trying to drop a load in his pants without anyone noticing. Oh yeah, Taylor, I noticed. Anyways, last night, he sang that really emotional song or whatever. It's too bad he ruined any sort of emotion when he started looking like he ate Taco Bell between songs. His last song was good, though, just annoying to watch.
Agree on everything except I thought Elliott had #1 "Good" also. But yeah, I'd be worried if I were him, too

I thought whoever sung "You Are So Beautiful" did a bad job on that song even though all the judges did not.
Well dialidol had it. Taylor Hicks 31.638 1.512 - Katharine McPhee 28.759 1.544 - Elliott Yamin 28.286 1.549 - I still can't believe that voting was 33% for each of them. That's just too close.
I hope there's no doubt in anyone's mind after tonight that Elliot would have been a great choice. The dude is so humble and grounded despite his success on the show. I don't think Katharine is going to be the same person if she wins...just a hunch.
not sure it matters for me...you make great music ill listen. i have trouble finding any kind of good music so thats what i say this. i agree with you on elliot though...nice guys finish last (or 3rd)
