They were head and shoulders in a another league than the rest. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OK, haven't really seen the guys all that much but MAN do most of the girls look damn good. I was shocked to see such "talent". The one guy that intrigues me though is Taylor Hicks. That guy has a great voice that is unique to the show. Probably won't win cause of the style and the hair, but he has some real talent. But, what's up with all the twitching?
i'm rooting for t. hicks, and he was my pick to win from his first audition, but dude's gotta stop striking the ray charles poses every shot they get of him. getting a little strange.
I don't know. You're coming close. Taylor can seriously win the competition because he's different from what usually is on the show. That could be the deciding factor when it comes down to the finals against someone like Katharine or Paris. Did anyone else almost vomit when Ace stared into the camera at the end of his song?
Ace is just too pretty, it pisses me off. My favorites from the guys are Taylor and Chris. I think Gedeon and Bobby are gone tomorrow. They were clearly the weakest IMO.
Yep.. he's just like Constantine last year, but I'm sure the girls love him... As for last night.. I think these two will be going home.. Bobby came off as a 60 year old man trying to sing.. it was sad to say the least.. For the second guy going home I not sure if David or Patrick will be going home.. I think Patrick sang better, but David comes across as more likable so I think I'll lean more towards Patrick going home Overall I think the Chris and Taylor did a great job and I'm sad to say, but pretty boy Ace picked a really "feminine" type of song that suited him well and didn’t show any bad qualities to his voice.. IMO he picked the best song for himself out of all the contestants.. He did well, and I think he'll be around for awhile.. He wouldn’t get on my nerves if he didn’t look like he was trying to make love to the camera every time he’s on a close up..
I think all of the judges were being nice to him. His performance was terrible and I was embarrassed for him. Oh, and the current odds on the favorite contestants after last night from my sportsbook is. Katharine 9/2 Ace 9/2 Taylor 11/2 Chris 6/1 Paris 6/1 Lisa 6/1 Lucky for me I was able to get Taylor when he was at 10/1 and Lisa at 19/1.

The guy that sang the Elton John tune was just AWFUL. I thought at least Simon would rip him a new one. I can't figure out why they liked him. It was a horrible performance. Why do people like this guy? The dude that sang Copa Cabana was really bad. He's a weird looking dude and that was a really strange song choice. He came off as looking just really....well, GAY. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I liked when Simon told that one guy that his smile was weird. That's what I was thinking. A good voice with a weird smile. All the other guys ended up sounding like girls, which is why I don't usually like the guys. The one guy that sang Simple Man was out of tune. The guy that sang Bon Jovi looked stoned out of his mind.
Actually, they did that Maxim thing before American Idol. I heard about this while watching Extra last night and it was hilarious watching them trying to turn it into a contraversy. They were saying things like "which Idol contestant has a seX rated past, you'll find out etc." I mean they posed in Maxim, what is the BFD? But yeah, she and her twin are freaking hot. I doubt she'll win, they showed a bit of her singing that 10,000 Maniacs song (I forgot how much I liked that song) and she was not doing too good. I'm throwing in my obligatory "hopefully, she'll pose in Playboy with her twin" remark.

Damn, I fipped over after Everybody Hates Chris (I should watch this show more often) and just saw as they booted Hot Chick off. I will miss you Hot Chick, remember that a spread in Playboy is an oppurtunity and not a last resort. You should take advantage of oppurtunities.
I got three out of four right.. I think the voters got it wrong with Becky.. Kinnik should have been the one voted off (IMO).. I'm starting to think Katharine is the favorite to win it all the more and more I see her..
