Well, I have been very critical of Chris up to this point, primarily because of his overuse of vibrato. After his performance tonight, I am pretty impressed with his "singing" voice, which he finally decided to show us.

Kellie, Ace, and Elliot will be in the bottom three. Hopefully, Ace or Kellie will go home. I think when Kathrine was singing tonight.... it may have moved.

He's old, but he was the best "veteran" so far. He was funny and kinda irreverent. Kellie or Ace has to go. The biggest winner in Idol so far has been Daniel Powter!
The bottom 3 should be Kellie, Ace, and then probably Taylor. Probably won't be, though. The thing that just makes me so angry is that Kellie knows exactly what she's doing, and you can tell. Tonight, you can tell it's all an act. She screwed up, BAD, and she knows it, so she tried to play the, "Awww...America, vote for me! I know I did horrible tonight, and I even admitted it, but don't kick me off. Vote for meee. That was a hard song. I'm sorry. Don't vote for me. My daddy's in prison." angle. She gets uglier and uglier every week, also. I think I want to kill her.
The best part of the whole night was when Kelly told Rod Stewart that he took a big load off of her chest. The look on his face when she said that was hilarious. I guess she was mixing the sayings of "taking a load off my mind" and "getting it off of my chest".
Me too. Every word that comes out of her lil' ol' mouth has been totally calculated since day 1. She knows exactly what she's doing. I just can't believe that there are so many people out there who actually buy it. The crappy thing is that I think it's working. I don't think she's going to get voted off this week, even though her performance was the worst.
Pickler is a genius. She's playing America and it's working for her because she's getting by on medicre talent and a nice rack.
Is this show still on...That's gay...j/k Honestly, I've never seen the show, other than the people that didn't make the cut...My kids watch it all the time and they seem to like it...
Even if Kelly is faking it, I think that she does such a great job at it that I don't mind. She reminds me of June Cash from Walk the Line. Even if she's just pretending to be a naive little southern girl, it's very endearing and she's been successful because of it. Other than that, she has no business making it this far because she's not a very good singer.
Kelly won't get kicked off because she has a "personality" and is likeable. Elliot, for example, is just "there". Nothing about him stands out (except his voice but that doesn't count) so he's more likley to get voted off. It's not a singing contest, it's a popularity contest and people like Taylor and Kelly (for some reason).
My guess at the bottom three this week are Ace, Paris, and Elliot with Ace going home. I hope Elliot stays because he's such a great singer. Paris is a really good singer, but she kind of gets on my nerves. Ace is hard for me to listen to.
