Happy for Kris Allen...he reminds me of Richardson in season 6 Brooke White sings much better than last season, but when can I see Jason Castro again on this show...?
today was the worst of the 3 weeks as a whole i guess i'd go with this order: lil rounds jorge von smith ju'not scott kristen mcnamara felicia really, i don't care who makes it out of this group. it's annoying that they put their favorites in the last slot in every round...so ridiculously obvious
yet you're buying right into it apparently. if that girl went in the first couple this week, nobody would have liked her much. she's nothing special.
i thought she wasn't that good, but i knew her song and that helped like i said, the group stunk. the ones i listed were the ones that weren't complete abominations...but the 3 who go should be the first 3 out of the top 12
nah, the big dude who the judges pushed through the first week of 12 is a travesty and is possibly worse than all 12 who went this week. this system is so unfair and r****ded.
I agree completely with this post - all aspects. Last night's group was so mediocre that it was very disappointing. To have all this time and do that poorly was not good. And I am also tired of how the one contestant that the judges love to pimp goes last. Don't get me wrong, Lil Rounds is solid and definitely worth a slot in the final 12 but the way the judges go on and on about her, you would think that she has already won the thing. It is really sickening. But the group she was placed in was so mediocre that she easily was the best one. I think Scott gets in because America likes his story and really wants to see him play the piano and sing. I don't know who gets the 3rd spot but I would like to see it go to Kristen McNamara. I am more interested in how this whole wild card thing is going to work and who is going to get to be in it. I am hoping that they will explain that to us tonight but knowing AI and how they are, I am not getting my hopes up.
the whole thing seems really sketchy. it seems like the judges pick the final 3 some way or another. the logical thing would have been for the top 12 of the remaining 27 to sing again next week, but that doesnt seem to be the case. the wildcard is tomorrow night according to the tv schedule, and it's only an hour long, so that indicates that there will be no performing and voting. that's the only show before next tuesday, where the final 12 are competing. i don't understand why they can't just make this an honest show, but oh well. i guess it isn't stopping anybody from watching. i thought von smith was the best last night, but in this format, the first performer's chances of advancing are pretty close to nil.
I don't know, I still thought Von was among the best 3. Hopefully others did too. Yeah I think they said that the judges would pick the wildcards. Which pretty much locks in Anoop for 1 spot. And hopefully Matt Giraud gets 1. Last slot.. I don't know. I'd pick Ricky from the 1st week based on my previous post (though I don't remember him now). I just hope they don't somehow pick a 4th from tonight's group
i haven't watched it yet, but am i crazy or did it look like they REALLY lip synched the hell out of that group singing thing? (Hot/Cold song)
