Poor Scott, he didn't even know where the mic was at times.. I agree though Allison is terrible at lip syncing..

 

Lady gaga was the worst performance I have ever seen! She should have been voted off!

 

I was entertained, but I like off the wall crazy stuff.. I mean a clear piano filled with bubbles, a zipper over her eye and a violin player with super long dreads, what's not to love?

 

The only entertaining part of that performance was that one guy spazzing out after she was done playing the piano, now that was plain awesome.

 

Scott Savol had one decent performance ("Against All Odds"), so I think he's out the running for worst ever.

John Stevens was pretty atrocious, but I think it was mainly because his style of singing didn't fit what they sing on AI, so he's out.

Kevin Covais can actually sing, he's just got a strangely low range, and zero persona on stage.

Sanjaya was bad: weak voice, bad range. But what was really off-putting was he was such a tool on stage.

Which brings us to Carmen Rasmusen, who was pretty darned awful. She was dubbed GoatThroat by many because of her odd combination of low and squeeky at the same time. Truly terrible.

Megan was definitely worse than all of these.

However, if we're talking the worst of all time, I would like to humbly submit Jon Peter Lewis as slightly worse than Megan.

I liked Megan but the last 2 weeks did her in. She wasn't good. But man she is beautiful.

 

She is cute in the face. Nothin else.

I confess that I started watching the show again, but Tuesday I knew she was going home, because her outfit showed a surprisingly large gut that is normally hidden by her outfits.

Sorry, Bobby Bennet was NOT a finalist, he was eliminated in the round of 24. Thus, Jon Peter Lewis remains the worst finalist of all times!

 

terrible, but he was better than that when he was able to sing songs that were his rat-pack style..

never saw Carmen, was that season 1? Either way, really bad.

I always hated Mikalah Gordon.. (though she can hit some notes at least, which makes her better than the ones you guys are throwing out)

See, this clip illustrates the biggest problem with some of these contestants: they're just too darn young. At the time she was in the competition, I think Carmen was the youngest AI contestant ever (17 years old, I believe). If you've heard here lately, she's actually improved quite a bit. John Stevens was really young, too. Give them a few years to work with their technique, and they would probably do MUCH better.

Megan and Jon Peter Lewis, however, are (relatively) full-grown adults. They have no excuse for sucking.

 

Thank you. All that extra material around the midsection is not very appealing. Couple that with her noassatall issues and she's garbage. I'd rather hit Lil Rounds big rounds.

 

Umm, that was far from mickey gilley's version. I am just saying. Danny turns every song he does into praise and worship. He is terrible.

 

I dvr'd tonight's show and Fox boffed it up once again.

I'm curious how it's going to affect voting, because Adam Lambert was completely cutoff.
