I disagree. Jung is a solid player but overrated. He strikes out a lot and is an older rookie (not 20-21). I think he's close to Bregman level but not starting allstar. Carter is vastly overrated. Mid .800 ops in AA this year striking out nearly one in 3 times. He never hits lefties. He should be in AAA next year learning to hit lefties. He's a platoon player in mlb now and stunting his growth. Seager, Semien, Garver, and Garcia are middle prime or older. Heim is McCormick age. They have 0 pitchers with career eras under 4 that are 30 or younger. The Astros have around 5. Rangers are built to win now with a small window.
Well, the 'Stros ****ed it up by not winning a single ****ing game at home. On to following the Texans and Rockets....
Not a fluke if it happens twice. Maybe they should keep Dusty and Maldy around and try to sneak into the playoffs at 88 wins.
Great season Astros! We will be back . Last year was a good feeling. We just need to get back to winning at home.
i stopped watching when JP loaded the bases. good run astros this season was a slog. ban ted cruz from all houston sports.
What a miserable season. Glad its over. Losing to the As, Royals and now this. Knowing Diaz should be playing more but being stuck with Maldy. Dubon vs Chas. Losing at home
Sucks to lose this way and to this team, but given the way the team has played all year and the way everyone's favorite manager has handled things, being a game a way from the WS was a pretty good outcome in the end. Thanks for the ring last year dusty, hope they go a different direction next year though. If Brown can put together a solid off-season we should be trouble for the AL once again in 24.
Crotch grabbing weirdos dry humpin each other Who knows but Pena and Tucker were complete NO SHOWS. Maybe if one of these had shown up: Pena had 1 key/great defensive 1 man double play vs Twins and thats it. Tuck had like …1 inconsequential catch and nothing else.
