Well….I’ll just say that you don’t get traps like that, usually quads like that and lats like that, etc etc without a little help. I have extremely good “muscle” genetics and never got “there” without a cycle and good PCT. Bi’s and Tri’s you can inflate but the others are very hard to achieve without a bit of help. I’m sure Chris Young can stave off a test as long as HST is eliminated……
oh well. Im more concerned if we go into a few years of first or 2nd round exits before entering a decade of rebuilding
I wonder what would’ve happened if Dusty had worked Diaz in slowly all season as the starting catcher as the season progressed. If dusty had him catch everyone at least a handful of times. I feel like, since Dusty called him our catcher of the future, he should’ve been given a chance to catch everyone and not be kept away from the top guys in the rotation for the entire season. That’s not how you groom your “catcher of the future”. Not to mention he was playing behind (blocked actually) an awful player. Go away Dusty.
And they won’t do anything in the WS like usual and I don’t really see playoffs as a good barometer for teams lately. See the bucks, bruins, dodgers, braves, etc. they took us to 7 games after blowing a 2-0 lead. It’s not like they kicked out ass in 5 games
Nothing will ever beat 0-27 for me, not around for the Oilers running themselves out of town, but at leas the 'Stros finished the job on multiple occasions prior to tonight.
The best we can hope for now is that Phillies wipe the floor with the Rangers..and then at least we'll have the caveat that they were unable to beat the same team the Astros beat to win the ring.
