Yeah, Castro should definitely get the start. Maldonado’s entire value is in handling the pitching staff, which he has done a horrible job of doing. You can’t tell me Castro could call a worse game.

 

Castro will work well with Grienke , who can call his own game.

 

He is...either HR or deeper in a hole.

 

Isn’t it sad that the rest of the pitching staff has made Brooks Raley look like a good option?

Excellent point. I’m tired of basically throwing out a pitcher in our lineup every day. We need a threat 1-9. Also, it’s too bad Altuve cannot DH. He is a defensive liability for some reason in the playoffs.
