Yes. It's the only game Friday (barring a postponement in the LA-SF game today, and even then, their game would be Friday afternoon).
Framber should start game 1 and 5, and he's the only guy I would expect to get 5 or more innings out of. Otherwise it should pretty much be mix and match if LMJ can't go. Whoever they give the ball to in any game they should be prepared to yank him early and go to a different starter. Odorizzi should replace Stubbs and regardless of LMJ's status, him and Greinke are gonna have to come into play this series.
Not worried about Framber, but it's time for Greinke, Luis Garcia, and Urquidy to step it up with their A game. Our bullpen has to be on lockdown and not **** it up when it matters (yeah, I'm talking to you Yimi, Maton, and Raley!) We need to give LMJ enough rest for the important games in the series - either to close this series out or avoid elimination.
Offense has to continue to score and score a lot. The output against the White Sox was amazing but it has to continue can’t rely on our pitching.
I'm seeing that every weekday game next week will be on FS1, not FOX. I expect all weekend games will be on FOX.
How will the media/announcers approach this series when neither team has the imaginary, "non-cheater" high-road? I'm hoping they ignore it altogether and play on the field can be the focus.
Anyone noticing how many accounts are really pushing ticket sales for Friday’s game? If you go to buy tickets and look at the available tickets there’s plenty available still. Like way more than there should be at this point. Up in the nosebleeds there’s multiple sections where not even half the section is sold yet. Any ideas on why that might be?
You'll hear about the Astros and Cora's connection and not once will they mention the Red Sox were investigated and caught cheating TWICE. If Lance is out, when it for him!!! Correa, keep increasing your value and add a ALCS MVP to your resume. Maybe Valdez getting hurt in the beginning of the season and everyone thinking he was done was a sign from God lol. They signed Odorizzi and perhaps he steps up(he wants to remain on the roster if they go to the WS so he pitches well). Ok, I'm praying. Or hopefully Grienke becomes 10 years younger and pitches like that.
