    Yep. It was destiny. For some reason that series has really stuck with me, even though I wasn’t a fan of either team. I remember getting wrapped up and really wanting it to happen. Millar’s whole schtick about “don’t let us win tonight, because we got Petie in Game 5 and Schil in Game 6” was endearing. I said the same thing about this series. Don’t let the Astros win Game 4 because Game 5 is a bullpen game and anything can happen, and then we got our top 2 pitchers lined up. Wouldn’t you know it, here we are going into Game 6. The pressure on the Rays to win Game 6 has to be immense.

    No matter what happens, I just love the fight in this team, going all the way back to 2016. This core has been so fun to watch, I wish they could stay together forever.

    Why can’t they? Crane has got to realize that he has a historically great group of core players that must be resigned. He just has to man up and pay these guys.
