[Official] AFC Divisional Texans @ Chiefs

I still like our H Town uniform best. They are so distinctive from all the other team uniforms. It's the one I thought I would like least of all too, but it's my favorite now.

That one reminds me too much of Atlanta, especially with the red edge on the numbers, and similar helmet colors with our blue looking almost black.

The key is getting an above average LG so Howard can move back to RT. But if you look at cap space savings, you have to look at 2026 to get the real impact of a cut.

It's still over 12 million in dead cap if we cut or trade him in 2026. That's a lot of wasted money. I hope he gets better, because trading him is too costly. I hope we draft a couple guys to help with our pass rush defense though. Fisher is terrible, and Patterson is bad too. They are both below below average in PFF grades on pass rush, and Fisher is well below ave overall.

 

I'm only scared of Andy Reid from the Chiefs, his play-calling can be something we haven't ever seen.

Mahomes / Kelce are not the same. Hunter and Anderson will bother Mahomes the entire game.

 

I'll be surprised if the refs don't play a major role in the outcome if it's close.

 

A dirty look will draw a flag

 

If the chiefs have:

• 3rd and 4, they will get 5
• 3rd and 5, they will get 6
• 3rd and 6, they will get 7

If they don't, the refs will find a way to get them an automatic 1st down.

If we can get them off the field more often than not, I think we have a real shot. But that's a super hard task.
