It's going to be awesome to have fresh Devo back. I'd bet his innings are cut by at least 30% from '17.
Hinch mentioned a few times down the stretch that it was both total innings and the stress of those innings that they are monitoring relievers for fatigue. Hinch did a good job keeping innings in a normal area for most pitchers, but there were a ton of high leverage innings because the Astros were winning nearly every game early last year. Considering entire pen minus Sipp can handle pressure, I expect Hinch will have more options to spread out high leverage innings. I'm expecting some decrease in inning, but not that much.
To be able to hit a ball that hard while essentially stepping back as Correa did with that RBI double is extraordinary.
Its gotta be so damn embarrasing to have all the space up left field side and not be able to even attempt to put it that way as a Major Leaguer. LOL.
