Maybe they're willing to give Capela and Harrell time to improve. This is just Capela's first season at starter and he's only 22 years old. Same with Harrell. Rockets can definitely be in a wait and see mode and are willing to go to playoff this year with what we got already.

I mean there are a lot of bigs you can sign in the offseason. Why do a trade when you can sign that guy out right in 6 mos? Even if you do a trade for big man you will still be underdogs against CLE and GSW this year so why sweat it? Next year GSW won't be able to keep their big 5 so if you keep your assets now you will be in a better position to surpass them next year.

Obviously Dork Elvis is going to keep his cards close to his chest/manboobs, and NO ONE is going to know If we wants or doesn't want a major Center upgrade. The whole game of thrones is making our assets seem desirable and valuable, not constantly bickering publicly about upgrades. Daryl Morey is going to put a high value on all his players/picks so he can get the most bang for his buck when trade season rolls around. The D'Antoni hire largely played into this, making this trade season one of the best opportunities for Dork Elvis to upgrade in recent memory.

I don't think the Rockets will trade for any known stars. My opinion is they're going for players with the potential to be one, but who will come in "knowing their role."

The last thing the Rockets need is a repeat of another "Howard" coming along demanding touches, etc. The Rockets are going to stay "Hardens team."

We can go back and forth all day on who should start vs who should come off the bench. One thing is certain, Lou Williams doesn't care. He's a great player who is used to coming off the bench. Coming off the bench won't stop him from playing hard and at his best. Those are the types of players Rockets will trade for.

    Unless its for Paul George.

I'm not sure they can. Demarcus Cousins got traded for a likely late lottery 1st and Hield...you can bet the Pacers have mentioned that to the 76ers.

Why are the Pacers looking to trade for Okafor? That doesn't make any sense...

The Suns having zero traction is exactly what happens when all your assets look like doodoo. Exactly what happened to us last year.

WTF this is now the going rate for Okafor? LOL projected 18th pick and Aaron Brooks for Okafor wow that's like a slap to the face. **** if Philly is gonna consider that Morey should give them a call.

With this, the other tweet about the Rockets seeking a 10-12 mill guy to unload contracts for and the previous post by Codman about trying to get in as a 3rd wheel in the Okafor to NO train, I think this is Morey's target.

18th pick is whatever, Dekker or Harell easily beats that. Add a 2nd round pick as sweetener and maybe Ennis for salary matching purposes and you beat that offer easy.

You don't like Okafor on the Rox? Surprising. I think he would be a great fit as PF next to Capela or Harrell. If the asking price is this low you do it IMHO, okafor would be better than anybody we get in the draft this year.

Ajinca doesn't play there and wouldn't play here. Also, Codman has little to no inside information. Ajinca isn't a target.
