Well. now's not a good time to watch any games. Most of them are over, shoulda stayed up like me. I wathed a lot including the medals that the U.S. won... You might be able to catch them on MSNBC, NBC, or USA right now.
am I the only one that can't tell the difference between michael phelps and Eli manning? As far as I'm concerned they are twins
i was seriously thinking that someone was making her laugh the whole game.... lol.... she had that huge smile all game long
I can't believe how good Japans woman's volleyball team is. I checked the fiba rankings, and they are ranked 5th while the USA is ranked 4th.
They always are, appreciate the good parts and..mm..respect the rest Yea if they're that ignorant...who cares about what they think... OH WAIT THEY CAN VOTE........Ahhhhhhh
Wow, the smog in some of the long shots from the biking and sculling events is insane -- it looks orange.
For total medal count, China has no chance of overtaking the US (they were down by more than 40 in Athens). They are actually gunning for the gold medal race, 2 to 1 so far in favour of China. I am predicting each side to get around 40 golds and a close race down to the wire.
Nah, I doubt China gets as much as we do. Either we get most of the golds or they get them, I don't think it will stay close.
Why did the national anthem turn off right at the "land of the free and home of the brave" part when Michael Phelps was getting his gold medal in the 400 IM? President Bush was in the audience watching. I assume some censorship is afoot. It's kind of insulting in my book to cut off the end of the national anthem. At least, in my book.
it was actually in the building where it cut out at the end early. bush and phelps looked like they were wondering "what happened?" with a smirk to follow. i don't see how that could have been nbc. it's possible it was just a technical problem with the sound i guess.
